i’ve been on quite and black and white trip this week, so when walking in shoreditch and you come across such colours to feast your eyes on, it’s hard not to take notice and of course take a few photos.

i’m a big fan of graffiti and street art, not the mindless scrawling of nonsense mind, but the honed and outrageously fantastic skills of some of the artists is mind-blowing. the colour, the scale can simply be breathtaking. let me share some gems from chance & ebor street in londons shoreditch E1.

saturday on my travels, i passed this restaurant, karpo. it is based in kings cross in the megaro hotel on the euston road. it certainly grabbed your attention. i’m guessing that was very much the intension.

karpo enlisted the help of graffiti artists remi rough, steve more, LX.One and augustine kofie to brightening up their building causing quite a stir.

i was on my way through east dulwich today, when i spotted this little beauty on a wall. isn’t he glorious. there was a calling card at the bottom any surface it said. i looked it up when i got home, and it turns out that it is a london based creative agency, which hosts a multi skilled team of artists, designers, painters and illustrators. they create bespoke artwork both commercially and privately. i don’t know who the artist is, but i’m going to find out as i love it. i think it must be the same person of what i spotted the other week too. we have a very large white wall at the front of our house, could we be brave enough? what would the neighbours say?
