i’ve been coming to hanoi for quite a number of years now. it hasn’t changed much really. i think maybe a little less chaotic and certainly less scooters than i remember since the last time, 3 years ago. but then again i’ve never been in august before, so maybe it’s that?
however one thing is for sure, they haven’t sorted out their cable situation. shocking. health and safety would be all over it in the uk! always has me gawping and rolling with laughter. check it out.
