I saw this street art only this weekend. I was intrigued, as I thought it was banksy…..though in hindseit I could not find any documentation anywhere. I did find similar ‘rude kids’ graffitti which lead me to a tumblr profile of someone called Padraic Collins. I wonder….is this the artist?
