i was in india with work. i took this on the journey home to the airport. this was actually rather tame in comparison to one we saw going the other way!
Hehe this reminds me of when I went to India a few years back – it was bit terrifying being on the roads. Even more scary was how a tiny little taxi would beep the hell out of his horn and attempt to squeeze through two massive trucks!
oh my word the beeping!! i remember the very first time i went to india a good 12-13 years ago now and the very first introduction to beeping! honk honk!
Oh dear… I fear it’s an accident just waiting to happen…
being in the car behind it wasn’t the most comfortable journey i’ve ever taken!
Very cool photo. The colours are so vivid. Looks rather precarious – I think I’d want to stay well away! π
i wish we had been too!
Wow, I actually hate driving behind heavy loads-get scared!
we weren’t happy about i can tell you! x
That’s definitely not the UK – did you go somewhere in your Team Honk role – quite terrifying how those lorries get overloaded!

Love it. I am always amazed how they stay on the road. Colours are fantastic in this.
i was pretty glad when we passed it, however the way it which we passed it wasn’t that pleasing!
Fantastic colours, beautifully vivid … if a little precarious π
just a little!
Reminds me on when we lived in Africa but from the scooters I reckon it’s either Indian or Malaysia/Thailand neck of the woods?
oh yes india it is!
This is a scene I’ve seen many times before…but neither in the US or UK! Great shot
can you imaging if the roads in the UK or US were like this?! CHAOS!
errr hope it didn’t tip over! lol x
we were thinking the same thing, got passed it and out of the way pretty sharpish just in case though!
Gorgeous colours – glad to see you’re keeping a safe distance!
at the moment we were, but our driver had little fear, unlike his passengers!
That is so not in the UK … or France for that matter. I’m going to guess India.
yep you are spot on!
Fab pic…. i think we all want to know where it was taken?!!
the back end of nowhere in sunny india x
I absolutely love the colors on this. Kinda dangerous looking truck though.
