i started this blog back in march last year. i was inspired by a friend who was dabbling in the blogging world, however i wasn’t very confident with it all and only published a post every now and then and certainly didn’t tell anyone about it.
something changed in november and i decided to go for it a bit more and i publicity published my first real post to the big wide bloggasphere. it was nerve wracking. it still is.
i do love a good home magazine, part of the job really. so when the postman rocked up this morning with both elle decoration and living etc april editions, i jumped with glee and i swiftly ran to put the kettle on.
i was not to be disappointed. elle this month is outrageous. i will be drooling over this for quite some time. i thought i would care to share in the glory that it is.
a friend overheard this conversation today on broadway market in the east end of london town, did make me chortle
“I would work full time, but, that would mean being at work all the time”

so not only do i get silly amounts of random spam but today i got a rather peculiar email from ikea.
weirdly my dad used to call me dave when i was a child, i wonder if they just got mixed up?
